About Cynthia

I spent many years in the advertising industry – working alongside photographers, directing photoshoots, and guiding graphic designers on matching imagery and words to evoke just the right emotion. 

Since starting a family (I have two wonderful little boys and a crazy yellow lab), I realize more than ever the importance of capturing those precious and hilarious moments that seem to fly by, and decided to turn my longstanding passion into my career.

Today it’s easier than ever to take huge quantities of pictures. However, clients tell me that they still rarely have any amazing shots, or ones with the entire family. Though when they set aside time with a professional photographer who composes the shots, gets the children laughing, and maximizes the surrounding environment, they receive cherished photographs that they will showcase in their home for years.

I believe in making it easy and fun.  Sessions are flexible in location, duration, and style. I encourage you to inquire about what you are looking for, and of course I'd be happy to make suggestions for you. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
